PURE Hair Inc. Is committed to an extraordinary level of client service and satisfaction. We want you to have a superior experience when doing business with us! We want to know if you are not satisfied with your purchase or any service you have received.

Returns

Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we cannot accept the return of used hair. We highly suggest that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair prior to opening the packages making sure that you are completely satisfied with the product. You may not comb, brush, wash, dye, curl, braid, spray, wear, or treat the hair in any way if considering a product exchange.

Refunds

We do not offer any refunds only credit. Credits are issued as PURE Product Credit. We do not issue any cash, check, or credit card refunds. To redeem credit you must phone 310-295-9800 and place your order with a PURE Client Representative. PURE credits do not expire.

Exchange Policies

PURE Hair Inc. Offers a no-hassle color exchange policy. If you are not happy with your color selection and wish to exchange the same item for a different color, we will waive the 20% exchange fee on your first exchange. A handling fee of $5.00 will apply to any color exchanges.

Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt. A 20% exchange fee applies to all exchanged products. Eligible product must be in original packaging and perfect condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged). A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returned products. Merchandise must be received before an exchange can be issued. Any shipping, handling and/or insurance costs will be at the client’s expense.


Order Cancellations

Cancellation of orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.




Follow these steps for a return or exchange:

Credits and Exchanges must have an RMA number created within 14 days from day of purchase. Contact us to receive your RMA number. Let us know if you would like an exchange or credit. Please package your products properly for shipping. Write your RMA number on the outside of your package. After we receive your package, please allow 48 hours for your package to be processed. When returning any items, please package your products to ensure that we receive them in proper condition. Pure Hair, Inc. is not responsible for any items not received in proper condition.

Order Processing and Shipping/Delivery Times

Orders will be processed within 24 hours and shipped after payment is confirmed.

Ground delivery times vary from 7-10 days For customers who require their orders sooner, Federal Express overnight delivery and 3-5 day shipping is available. Feel free to contact us for an approximate date of delivery.

Although we do our very best to ensure that your products are delivered in a timely manner, there are some things that are beyond our control. These include extreme weather conditions, delayed shipments, statutory holidays or even Postal Strikes! We ask that you place your orders in advance to allow for any processing and shipment delays. PURE Hair Inc. Is not responsible for any shipping related delays.

All Credit Card charges will appear as PURE Hair Inc.
NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. For your convenience, we also accept Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. No personal checks please.

For all Credit Card payments you will be asked the following information:


Your name (as it reads on your credit card
Your billing address (to verify authorization
Your phone number
Your email (where you can receive order confirmations and tracking info.)
Your credit card type, number, and expiration date
Your credit card CVC code
This number is printed on your MasterCard & Visa cards in the signature area of the back of the card. (It is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area of the card).

You can find your four-digit card verification number on the front of your American Express credit card above the credit card number on either the right or the left side of your credit card.

PURE Master Training Class and Refund Policy

In order to ensure a place in our master training class, we encourage you to register early to reserve your space. Payment must be made in full to confirm your place in any training class event. Once enrolled, we will email you a Class Confirmation Letter with the location, date, time and all materials needed for the class. Please call our office 310-295-9800 to confirm your enrollment in our training event or if you do not receive a confirmation letter within 3 days of the class.

Class Cancellations & Refunds

If you must cancel, please notify us at least 3 days prior to the class and you will receive a class credit for any one of our upcoming training events. Your credit can be applied up to six months from the cancellation date. No refunds will be issued for classes that are postponed due to inclement weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
