PURE Return Policies


PURE Hair Inc. is committed to an extraordinary level of client service and satisfaction. We want you to have a superior experience when doing business with us! We want to know if you are not satisfied with your purchase or any service you have received.


Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we cannot accept the return of used hair or items. We highly suggest that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair PRIOR to opening the packages, making sure that you are completely satisfied with the product. You may NOT comb, brush, wash, dye, curl, braid, spray, wear, or treat the hair in any way if considering a product exchange.

We do not offer any refunds only credit.

Credits are issued as PURE Product Credit. We do not issue any cash, check, or credit card refunds. To redeem credit you must phone 310-656-7873 and speak with a PURE Client Representative. PURE hair credits do not expire.

Exchange Policy
PURE Hair Inc. offers a no-hassle exchange policy. If you are not happy with your selection and wish to exchange any unopened packages within 14 days of purchase, please phone 310-656-7873 for a RMA number. Merchandise must be received before an exchange can be issued. Please allow 48 hours for processing.

Any returns for credit or exchange must be in original packaging, and in perfect condition to be restocked. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returned products along with the RMA number issued by PURE. Please send to:

All shipping, handling and/or insurance costs will be at the client's expense. When sending packages to us, we advise to obtain a tracking number for your reference and provide suitable packaging to prevent any damage during shipping.

Order Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are accepted by Phone call 310-656-7873 or Online (select products)

Orders placed before 3.30pm Pacific Time will ship the same day, any orders after this time will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping options and charges are all generated from Federal Express, we offer Ground (5-7 business days), Express Saver (3 business days), 2 Day and Overnight shipping. Please allow enough time between your order placement and client appointment.

Although we do our very best to ensure that your products are delivered in a timely manner, there are some things that are beyond our control. These include (but are not limited to) extreme weather conditions, delayed shipments, statutory holidays or even postal strikes! PURE Hair Inc is not responsible for any shipping related delays.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be made before 3.30pm Pacific Time, on the same day of placing the order.

We accept the following credit cards:

Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All Credit Card charges will appear as PURE Hair Inc.
NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. PURE Hair, Inc. does not do COD for payment. For all Credit Card payments you will be asked the following information: Type of card, your name (as it appears on the card), Billing address, Expiry date, CVC code and Phone number.

Mastercard and Visa - The last 3 digits on the back of the card near the signature strip.
American Express - The 4 digits on the front of the card above the credit card number on the right.
